Overview
RIX Asset Maintenance (RAM) have been engaged on numerous shutdowns at Origin Energies’ coal fired power station to clean clinker from boilers using IRATA qualified rope access tradespeople to make safe for welding and Non Destructive Testing trades.
Solution
Throughout the shutdown’s RAM has undertaken extensive Ultrasonic Thickness testing and reporting under NATA signatory to pipe work.
All Non-Destructive Testing was undertaken utilising Rope Access as the primary form access.
