Overview
As part of the B76 Gwydir Highway Slope Remediation works, Rix Asset Maintenance was awarded the principal contract to complete the slope remediation works at SLOPE 17006 Cangai Bluff, NSW, Australia.
Solution
- Supply and installation of Gabion Mattresses with Rock Anchor support.
- Supply and installation of structural reinforcement steel mesh, spider bars, strip drains and Expansion Joints
- Rope Access Scaling, trimming, and clearing the work face.
- Installation of soil nails / rock anchors treatment. (IDE Galvanized 24mm GEWI bars)
- Shotcrete spraying with colour oxide to project specifications, ensuring control joints are installed as per design requirements. (Approx. 740m2)
- Supply and installation of Geobrugg Deltax G80/3 Drape Mesh, and detailing to project specifications (Approx. 3300m2)
